Is this for a workshop like mine?
If you run detailing, PPF, ceramic, audio, accessories, wraps, bodyshop, mechanical or a mixed aftermarket floor in India, yes. Kenro is one product configured around your shop.
Switching from another system?
Export your customers, vehicles, services and opening balances from whatever you use now, and we bring them across within 48 hours. You send the sheets and we guide the import on WhatsApp until it's right. Anything still on paper we'll look at and quote separately — that's data entry, not a migration.
How long does onboarding take?
We set Kenro up for you — your services configured, your records moved in, your team trained. You're live and taking job cards the same day, and your old records are in within 48 hours. That 48 hours assumes your history is already in Excel, Google Sheets, or an export from your current software. If it's all in handwritten registers, that's data entry rather than migration — we'll look at what you have and quote it separately rather than promise a date we can't hit.
What does it cost?
Kenro Workshop is a permanent licence in two editions. Kenro Workshop Studio is ₹59,999 and carries everything except bodyshop and mechanical. Kenro Workshop Complete is ₹99,999 and adds those — OEM paint codes, mixing formulas, refinish, full inspection. One question decides it: do you do bodywork or mechanical? Both editions get unlimited users and 50 GB. Setup and training are included. Moving your old records across is ₹15,000, and nothing at all if you're starting fresh. Your first 12 months of Kenro Live are included; after that it's ₹1,099 a month billed yearly or ₹1,499 monthly. All prices exclusive of GST, and there's a 30-day full refund if it isn't for you.
What happens if I stop a recharge?
Nothing breaks — Kenro is yours after the one-time payment, and it keeps working without any recharge. You can export your shop data to Excel or Tally anytime. Customer records follow the DPDPA retention policy; GST and invoice records follow Indian retention rules.
